Sitecadence Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026. Short version for the pre-order page.
Who we are. Zachary Kearse, a sole proprietor trading as Sitecadence, 2745 Charlottesville Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80922, USA, [email protected] ("we"). This policy covers getsitecadence.com.
What we collect.
- Pre-order data: name, business email, company name, billing country and postal code. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Source tag: if you arrive from one of our links, the link carries a short tag (for example "email" or "reddit"). We attach it to your order so we know which channel worked. It contains no personal data.
- Form responses you choose to send (e.g. "what would stop you buying"), with your email if you give it.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles your IP address and browser details to deliver and secure this page, under its own privacy policy. We do not keep our own server logs, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we set no cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set its own strictly necessary security cookies (for example to tell people from bots).
How we use it. To process your pre-order and refunds; to send delivery and account notices; to answer you. We send marketing emails only if you opt in. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Legal bases (EU/UK users): performance of a contract; legitimate interests (security, replying to enquiries); consent (optional marketing); legal obligation (tax records).
Who we share it with: Stripe (payments); Cloudflare (hosting and email routing for our contact address); authorities if the law requires it.
International transfers. We are based in the US. For EU/UK data, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.
Retention. Pre-order data for refunded or unconverted pre-orders: deleted 12 months after the refund or launch, apart from billing records (as tax law requires, typically 7 years). We keep no server logs ourselves; Cloudflare's retention is set by Cloudflare.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data-protection authority. California residents: we honour the same requests, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Security. Encryption in transit and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure.
Children. Not directed to children under 16.
Changes. We'll post updates here with a new date.
